Spanning 13 decks, Carnival Splendor offers a wide variety of formal and casual dining venues, including the stunning Gold Pearl and Black Pearl formal dining rooms and the casual poolside Lido Restaurant, serving all-day buffets and a 24-hour pizzeria along with a New York-style deli, an Asian speciality station, a grill, fish n’ chips and an Indian Tandoor. Other venues include The Pinnacle, an elegant steakhouse as well as complimentary 24-hour room service. In addition to the fantastic dining options her two-level, Cloud 9 Spa is the largest in the fleet and features Carnival’s first Thalassotherapy pool plus an elaborate thermal suite and 17 private treatment rooms. Adjacent to the Cloud 9 Spa is Serenity, a secluded adults-only retreat with two huge whirlpools and chaise longues. She has a staggering 22 bars and lounges plus the Spectacular Specatcular main show lounge, a casino and the award-winning Camp Carnival kids program - the largest in the fleet.

In terms of activities, Carnival Splendor has four swimming pools, including a children’s wading pool and a resort-style pool complete with 214-foot-long twister waterslide. The mid-pool area features a sliding sky dome roof and houses Carnival’s popular "Seaside Theatre" a massive 270-square-foot LED screen showing movies, concerts and live sporting events. Other activities include a 9-hole mini golf course, table tennis and a multi-purpose sports court whilst golfers sailing aboard Carnival Splendor have the opportunity to perfect their swing and receive personalised lessons at the floodlit driving range which features state-of-the-art video analysis.

Dining

Dining aboard Carnival Splendor is flexible to suit your preference, so you can decide what you want to eat and when you want to eat it. For the main dining options you can choose from either "The Gold Pearl" or "The Black Pearl" restaurants. There are plenty of restaurants all around the ship where you can choose from, hot-dogs, burgers, salad, seafood, steak, chips, ice-cream and cookies to name just a few! Choose from; "Lido Restaurant", "Rotisserie", "Grand Buffet", "Roll Sushi Bar" and "The Pinnacle Supper Club".

Leisure

There are plenty of leisure activities aboard Carnival Splendor for you to choose from. The Splash Park offers a whole load of fun and features Water Slides, Tunnels, Fountains, Pools and plenty of sunbathing space. Carnival Splendor also features everybody’s favourite game, Crazy Golf, with 9-holes of non-stop crazy fun. Carnival Splendor features the infamous "Seaside Theatre" where you can watch the latest films all accompanied with the starry night sky, or you can choose from a big production show with singers, live music, comedians, illusionists and more in the "Spectacular Main Lounge". If you fancy a night of drinking and dancing then look no further than "Red Carpet Dance Club" for that extra special Hollywood glitz. If you prefer to just unwind in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere then you can choose from "The Cool Lounge", "Grand Piano Bar", "Rogobust Cigar Bar", "El Mojito Wine Bar" and "Liner Bar".

Relaxation

The "Cloud 9 Spa" offers a whole host of indulgence treatments as you can treat yourself all day long to a soothing massage, soak in the ionized seawater at the Thalassotherapy Pool, indulge in one of the many treatments or head to the salon for a brand new make-over. Carnival Splendor is home to a fantastic library for anyone who likes to sit in a peaceful atmosphere, with a cup of coffee and a good book.

Family

Carnival Splendor has an excellent youth programme which is split into different ages so each group gets their own designated place on the ship, designed just for them. "Camp Carnival" is for 2-11 year olds, "Circle C" is for 12-14 year olds and "Club O2" if for the 15-17 year olds to hang out. Just a few of the things to do are; video games, karaoke, watch films, pool parties, dance parties and the younger ones can even have a sleepover with all their new friends. Carnival Splendor provides a children’s menu at meal times with all the kiddie favourites you can imagine such as, fish fingers, chips and beans. There are healthy options as well of course!

Medical & Accessibility

The medical staff on-board Carnival Splendor are available 24 hours for emergencies. Comment medical problems such as motion sickness can be treated on-board with tablets available in the medical centre. If you know of any prescription drugs that you need then it is best to bring them with you as the medical centre may not have everything available. Carnival Splendor is dedicated to ensuring guests with special requirements are fully accommodated for. The ship features fully equipped staterooms, accessible lifts with reachable controls and audible facilities for guests with sight difficulties. The corridors are wider to accommodate for wheelchairs, and there is a diagram pointing to all the wheelchair seating and toilets.
