ms Amsterdam entered service in 2000 and is the last of four ships belonging to Holland America’s mid-size R-Class. She is the third ship to bear the Amsterdam name in Holland America’s long 135 year history and her graceful décor commemorates previous Amsterdam ships, with memorabilia, art and antiques from her namesake predecessors found throughout the ship.
