Her passenger decks are all named after Italian composers and most of the public areas are small and intimate, however there is no lack of facilities and amenities for your enjoyment. There are four dining venues including two main dining restaurants, a buffet-style cafeteria and a casual outdoor eaterie plus numerous bars and lounges including the Lord Nelson Pub. Other facilities include a 713-seat two-tier theatre, cabaret lounge, a large casino, two swimming pools complete with separate kid’s wading pool, numerous hot tubs, a Spa, mini-golf course and kids club facilities plus much more.

Dining is definitely one of the many highlights of the MSC Lirica. There are two main restaurants "La Bussola" and "L’Ippocampo". There’s also a charming outdoor restaurant, "La Pergola". Each of these fine restaurants has both Mediterranean and international cuisine on offer. Along with an exceptional service, you’ll find your dining experience is second to none. A more casual spot is "Le Bistrot Cafeteria". Serving a variety of quality Italian and international cuisine, it’s open for breakfast and lunch. For a quick bite, there’s a Grill and Pizzeria – both located outside. The place for fine coffees and fresh-out-of-the-oven pastries is the "Coffee Corner". You’ve a choice of 8 bars on the MSC Lirica, Including the "Lirica Bar" and the "Beverley Hills Bar".

Leisure

Enjoy a leisurely swim - or simply cool off - in one of the two outdoor Swimming Pools. There are also two Whirlpools. Like a game of golf? Then be sure to have a go on the Mini Golf. There’s Shuffleboard too. To work up a sweat, go for a jog on the Jogging Track. Or, go for an invigorating work out at the gymnasium. With magnificent ocean views, you’ll find an array of high tech equipment here. If you’re a self-confessed shopaholic, you’re going to love "Rodeo Drive". The ship’s very own shopping centre, it even includes bars, lounges and entertainment areas. Internet access is available in the "Internet Centre". Furthermore, on the MSC Lirica you can go along to a cookery demonstration or a dance class. There are fun quizzes and game shows too.

Entertainment

The "Broadway Theatre" is the entertainment hotspot. Located just one deck above the theatre is the "e;Lirica Lounge", this is the place to dance along to live music. Or, dance the night away in the lively disco, "The Blue Club". You’ll also discover plenty of quiet spots too, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a night-cap in. Feeling lucky? Pure relaxation awaits you at the "Lirica Health Centre". And, there’s a Beauty Salon too. Why not treat yourself to a manicure or pedicure? The cosy Library is the ideal place to kick back with a book.

Family

Little cruisers will have bags of fun, thanks to MSC Lirica’s qualified entertainment staff. Available all day, every day, they’ll entertain children and teens aged 3 – 17. And, it’s all complimentary, of course.

There is a qualified doctor on-board. There’s also a medical centre, which is equipped for first aid and minor conditions only. You should have comprehensive travel health insurance to cover any medical treatment costs. If you're taking medication, make sure you bring an adequate supply with you. Wheelchair friendly - with wide spacious corridors - the MSC Lirica has four wheelchair accessible cabins and nine elevators. Guests using a wheelchair are advised to travel with someone who is able to assist them both aboard and ashore. Guests must bring wheelchairs for their own use. Only a limited amount of wheelchairs are available on board.
