On board Paul Gauguin, there is a wide selection of dining, entertainment and recreational options. She has three fantastic open-seating dining venues including La Veranda with a menu created by Le Cordon Bleu® Chefs, Le Grill a cozy indoor/outdoor restaurant serving grilled specialties in a more casual atmosphere and L’Etoile for fine French cuisine. After dinner Le Grand Salon plays host to Polynesian inspired shows whilst La Palette Observation Lounge on the top deck offers a romantic retreat to dance the night away. There is also a Piano Bar and casino. For recreation there is an expansive pool deck with large outdoor heated pool and whirlpools. There is a state-of-the-art fitness centre with aerobics room plus a unique water sports platform, which retracts at the stern of the ship to sea level from which a whole host of water sports are offered. The Deep Nature Spa is created by the legendary Algotherm and designed as a luxurious refuge from everyday stresses with the latest body treatments available.

From the Porthole Staterooms to an Owners Suite, each accommodation is exquisitely appointed and offers an ocean view, 70% of which have a private balcony and all feature temperature control, queen-size bed (a limited number can have twin-bed configuration) bathroom with full-size bathtub and shower, bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer, TV, CD/DVD player, personal safe and a refrigerator stocked with soft drinks and beer (extra cost applies). A select number of staterooms can accommodate three guests.
