After enjoying cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in the intimate Observation Lounge, a delightful selection of culinary experiences await in each of her three restaurants. The main dining room is The Restaurant, a stylish, open-seating venue where the menu showcases dishes specially created by celebrity chef, Charlie Palmer. Restaurant 2 offers an innovative and imaginative new alternative dining experience, serving up nightly tasting menus whilst more casual, lavish buffets await in the Verdana café (breakfast and lunch) and Sky Grill on deck or you can always enjoy course-by-course dining in your suite. The onboard Spa at Seabourn is in a class of it’s own and features the touches and therapies of ten exotic cultures to help you renew and rejuvenate your body. For fitness, there is a state-of-the-art gym, which offers daily classes and the option of having your own personal trainer. Head for the pool deck if you fancy a swim or a soak in the Jacuzzi. Uniquely, Seabourn Pride also has its own built-in marina at the stern enabling you to go swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking or waterskiing without the need to go ashore.

One of Seabourn’s smaller ships, the Seabourn Pride can only accommodate 208 travellers. She first set sail in 1988. Weighing 9.961 tonnes and measuring 404 feet (135m) in length, the Seabourn pride will carry you along at a calm 16 knots/18 mph.

Dine as and when you want in "The Restaurant". The menus here have been specially created by celebrity chef - Charlie Palmer. A sophistication setting, you can look forward to exceptional cuisine at a table set with Porsgrund China and Schott Zwiesel crystal.

In "Restaurant 2" chefs prepare a selection of tasting portions – so can enjoy a selection of culinary masterpieces.

Visit the "Sky Grill" for outdoor dining. It’s a really pleasant place to have a spot of lunch. The grill is also open for occasional dinners featuring grilled specialties such as steak and lobster.

And then there’s "The Veranda café". Open breakfast and lunch, this is the place where lavish buffets await.

Don’t forget the room service that&rsauo;s available around the clock, too.

Leisure

Relax while soaking up the rays in one of the three outdoor whirlpools. Or Have a few leisurely lengths in the swimming pool.

Like all of Seabourn ships, the Seabourn Pride features its very own built-in marina. So you can go swimming, snorkelling, wind surfing, water skiing and kayaking – right from the ship! If you’re a water sports fanatic, you’re in for a real treat.

The state-of-the-art gymnasium on-board is ideal for both gentle and strenuous workouts. Equipment here includes Upright Cardio Cycles and Programmable Treadmills. If you wish, you can have a personal trainer work with you. There are free classes in yoga and Pilates available too - interested? Simply enquire when you’re on-board.

You can even test your golfing abilities by taking part in a golf putting competition. Or, challenge other guests to a game of bridge. If dancing’s more up your street, why not learn to Tango?

If you want to brush up your cooking skills, then the ship’s skilled chefs even give cooking lessons.

Come evening time, head to "The Observation Lounge". Popular with guests, here you can enjoy splendid views and your favourite tipple accompanied by the strumming of a live classical guitar.

The main show lounge on-board - "The Magellan Lounge" - is an entertainment treat. If you’re after a bit of comedy or like cabaret acts, then this is for you. A deck above the show lounge, a duo plays all the hits of the past and present in "the Club". Fancy catching a movie?

Well, on this ship you can actually watch them out on the deck, courtesy of Seabourn’s "Movies under the Stars". Fresh popcorn is available for you to snack on too. If you’re feeling lucky, then head down to the lavish "Casino"…You never know Lady Luck might just be on your side!

Go to "The Spa at Seabourn" and discover why it was rated the Top Cruise Line Spa by the readers of Conde Nast Traveller…A serene place, at "The Spa at Seabourn" you can effortlessly relax as you get pampered until your heart - and body - is content. There are a variety of treatments available, including Ionithermie Cellulite Reduction, Elemis Pro-Collagen Facial and the Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy. Reflexology and Aromatherapy is available here too.
