The Caribbean

This enduring cruise favourite is especially popular during the first and last months of the year with Princess Cruises, offering you plenty of sunshine but in altogether more favourable temperatures. Many Caribbean cruises with Princess set sail from the sun-kissed Florida port of Fort Lauderdale and explore the eastern, western and southern regions. An Eastern Caribbean itinerary is perfect if you want to soak up the laid-back atmosphere that the islands are famous for, as well as some of their multicultural heritage, while Western Caribbean itineraries offer not only plenty of sunshine but the chance to explore Mayan and African cultural influences too. The Southern Caribbean is an altogether more remote region and the perfect showcase for the region’s natural wonders.

The Mediterranean

The summer months are the perfect time to explore both the east and west Mediterranean with Princess Cruises, though the line offers a number of itineraries which give you a taste of both. Typical Eastern Mediterranean destinations include the Adriatic coast, the Greek Isles and the Turkish coast with Croatia’s beautiful gem Dubrovnik, Turkey’s ancient capital Istanbul and Greece’s capital Athens all popular destinations. Princess Cruises’ Western Mediterranean sailings offer the chance to see some of the region’s most iconic capitals such as Barcelona, Rome and Monte Carlo along with a host of other coastal treasures, such as the French Riviera escape Marseilles and Spain’s sunny Seville.

Northern Europe

When it comes to exploring the treasures of Northern Europe, the summer is again the perfect time to travel, with sailings available throughout the Baltic regions, Norway’s stunning coast and also around the British Isles. Some of the continent’s most historic capitals can be explored on a Northern European voyage with Princess Cruises in 2015, such as Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen and Helsinki. There’s also the opportunity to experience some of its most stunning natural beauty too, by heading further north to explore the icy wonders of Norway and Iceland. If you’d prefer a shorter break and the chance to see the British Isles from a different perspective, Princess Cruises offer a selection of sailings in 2015, which include stops at Glasgow Dublin, Cork and Liverpool.

Worldwide destinations

If you want to explore a little further afield in 2015, Princess Cruises offers an exciting selection of sailings all over the world and throughout the year. The early and latter parts of the year are the ideal time to travel if you want to see some of South America or the South Pacific, with the Australian and New Zealand coasts always popular choices. You’ll see these regions at their best, during their summer or dry seasons, and escape the cooler months back home. These destinations are also repeated at the end of the year, between October and December. Cruises to the Middle and Far East as well as Africa are available from the spring through to autumn, offering you the chance to explore cities rich in both ultra-modern architecture and ancient wonders. North America is another popular choice, with Canada and New England and the California coast both popular choices during the autumn months.
