Oceania Cruises to North America

North America Cruises are far more than just a tour of the continent’s famous metropolitan cities. Available on selected sailings:

With ships abundant with style and comfort, the east and west coasts to explore, as well as more exotic climes to be discovered through the gateway of Miami, Oceania Cruises are one of your greatest options for getting the most thrills out of this vast continent.

With stops as far flung as the U.S.A, Canada, Alaska, Bermuda, the Bahamas and the island of St. Maarten, Oceania Cruises’ North America Cruises have a rich itinerary for cruisers to explore, with not a few hidden gems thrown in amongst the staple ports.

On the snowier side of things, North America Cruises can whisk travellers away to rugged landscapes replete with mountain peaks, vast forests and icy crystal lakes, all just waiting to be explored.

Quebec City is an historic jewel within Canada’s crown, a city in the middle of one of North America’s most remote and icy regions, yet blessed with a Franco European style unheard of anywhere else on the continent.

Centuries-old towering granite walls surround the city for miles, giving the township the appearance of a colonial stronghold. The amazing old town retains a character of French elegance to this day, with buildings such as the Chateau Frontenac towering over pristine waterfronts, spacious green lawns, and city squares modelled after the French-speaking city’s founding days.

Heading further afield, the eastern shoreline of the United States features the iconic city of New York, imbibed with a fervent energy that has given it a fantastic reputation for nightlife, the leafy brownstone buildings of Boston, and the amazing ports of Portland and Newport, famed for their spectacular ocean views and mouth-watering seafood.

New England is a region abundant with great scenery and fantastic beaches, and Bar Harbor is no exception. A summer resort city that long been a playground for America’s rich and famous, Bar Harbor was originally called Eden, and it is remarkably easy to see why.

A shorefront paradise, the bright colours of its cliff faces and the inviting pastel blue of its waves are just two facets of its colonial charm. For nature lovers, the perfectly preserved Acadia National Park features trails that bring you face to face with rare sea birds, and Cadillac Mountain has perhaps the greatest panoramic view of the coast on the Eastern Seaboard.

For more exotic climes, the pure white beaches and palm trees of Bermuda and the Bahamas are just a short sail away from the American coast. The islands of Hamilton, Nassau and St. George are particular highlights, but Castries, Saint Lucia is a port that demonstrates just how diverse North America Cruises can be.

This island is truly unique. Banana plantations, snorkelling in the turquoise Caribbean Sea, incredible reefs and the towering piton peaks are all set amongst cascading waterfalls, expansive rainforests and townships known for their silk weaving.

Oceania Cruises are proud to offer customers one of the best North American itineraries in the world, tailor made to give cruisers the freedom to experience this thrilling continent as they’ve always dreamed.
