Saint Tropez Cruises

Found on the Bay of St Tropez, there's many a celebrity with a home here. With its ochre coloured architecture, charming villages to stunning scenic views, you'll fall in love with this port of call straight away. Known as the place where the iconic Brigitte Bardot was "discovered", Saint Tropez is simply oozing with glamour. Something for every taste, Saint Tropez has medieval roots too. Historical sites to visit here include the Citadel, which was built in the 16th century - during the religious wars. And, if you're an art lover, you will not want to miss visiting the house on ‘la Rue des Bouchonniers' in which Picasso had his studio and where he produced many works. St Tropez also offers the most stunning beaches and the most famous is the long sandy ‘Baie de Pampelonne' just to the south of St Tropez.

The Saint Tropez beachfront is where you'll discover an array of shops, from chic fashion boutiques, antiques to souvenir shops. Popular purchases include Saint Tropez's sandals ""Tropeziennes"". The Rondini family has been making the sought after sandals behind the shop at ‘16 Rue Clemenceau' since 1927. The morning market on the ‘Place des Lices' (held every Tuesday and Saturday) is where bargains on can be had on a variety of clothing.

The local currency is the Euro. St Tropez is 1 hour ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT +1).
