Scarborough Tobago Cruises

Tobago is the smaller of the two main islands that make up the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. With its West Indian character, outstanding natural beauty and laid back atmosphere, Tobago is an inviting port of call. You can plunge yourself into nature at the ‘Tobago Main Ridge Forest Reserve'; the oldest protected rainforest in the western hemisphere. Take a stroll through the town to Upper Scarborough and visit the ‘House of Assembly'; one of the finest examples of Georgian architecture in the Caribbean. Or hike up the hillside to ‘Fort King George'. The breath-taking views from here are well worth the climb. If you're after a spot of sunbathing, head to one of the gorgeous beaches, such as ‘Pigeon Point Beach', which is close by to town.

You'll find souvenir shops close by to the Tobago cruise terminal. Popular items include local art crafts such as paintings, perfume, clothes, arts and crafts and handmade jewellery.

The currency is the Trinidad and Tobago, or TT Dollar (TTD). Tobago is 4 hours behind Greenwich meantime (GMT -4).
