I don't usually have the time to write feedback emails, however on this occasion the care and commitment shown by Michelle to educate us about our options and her patience and non-pushy approach deserve recognition.

Tanya Hadley of Cruise 118 arranged a late booking for myself and my daughter on Celebrity Eclipse (20 - 31 October 2010). The arrangements were very efficiently handled by Tanya, I found her friendly and the whole process went very smoothly - all the searching taken care of and Tanya came up with the ideal arrangement for our needs within a couple of hours.
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our cruise and we will not hesitate to use Cruise 118 again and to recommend Cruise 118 to friends. Many thanks for a stress free process with a wonderful outcome.

I recently contacted your Alison McIntosh to book a cruise to the eastern Mediterranean, Alison provided a very thorough and attractive package which included flights ,hotel and transfers. She accomplished this in a very professional and pleasant manner. Unfortunately my wife and I found we were unable to travel through an unforeseen circumstance.
We will not hesitate to contact her again once we are again able to travel.
Just wanted to say how fantastic Andrea has been. I had intended to do alot of shopping around but when I spoke to Andrea I didn't look any further!
I have found Phil to be the most friendliest and helpful person whilst booking my cruise holiday. Phil made sure that everything was to my satisfaction,. Phil phoned me just before my holiday, to check that I was happy with the arrangements, e-mailed me and also wrote to me before my holiday.
Not only did he do over and above his duty, I feel as though I have made a friend of him. Phil has since been in contact with me after my return from holiday. Phil is such a happy, pleasant person, and nothing was too much trouble for him. I hope that he gets the recognition that he so greatly deserves.
Nothing I asked Phil seem to faze him, and ceertainly nothing was too much trouble, when he said he would phone or e-mail me, he did. Great service from Phil with a lovely happy go lucky, but very professional personality. I cannot praise Phil enough. Do please give Phil the recognition he greatly deserves, as when I next book a cruise with Cruise 118, I hope that Phil is the person that organises my next cruise holiday as he certainy knows his job inside out.

We are asking for a complicated holiday and she has been more than willing to look at different options for us and whatever enquiry I have she has quickly had a reply and if the answer was not available straight away she would always let me know that she would be in touch as soon as she had information to give me.
Although we have not yet booked (due to decisions to be made from our friends) we are very impressed with your staff member and thought it only fair to let you know. People are so quick to make complaints but don't spend any time praising them.

I have been so awkward and undecided, swapping and changing cabins three times. On each occasion she has accepted my requests with the up-most patience and politeness. She even phoned me last night (after she had finished work ) just to help me with deck plans, sorting out which was best for me with my fears of lifts and claustrophobia. Nothing was too much trouble.

I lost my son of 37 a month ago decided for the first time to go on a curse with my boyfriend as I need to get away. If I like it I will be off again as long as the weather is good in Feb/ Marsh. I am a very fussy lady and host allot of large company in the City of London to have a complement from me is something. I have asked so many silly questions and I am sure there will be more…. I must complement Michael Thomas my cruise concierge he has been great! Michael is going to give me an update when he comes back from his holiday on the Azure. I have today booked my very first cruise and solo holiday. Neil Burtenshaw dealt with the matter for me, during the course of which I found him to be exceptionally proficient and kindly helpful in all aspects. He was also very explanatory with regard to various options available to me which considerably assisted in putting me at ease. This being my first venture I was, of course, rather naive and slightly nervous but again, Neil was more than patient and has left me feeling quietly confident and really looking forward to my journey. Once again, through yourselves, I would wish to thank him for his much appreciated assistance.
The service I have received from Michael Thomas has been excellent, he is polite, helpful and patient, when he says he will get back to you he does quite quickly.
This is the first time I have travelled with Cruise 118 and it will not be the last.
I have been very pleased with the way Mr Leech has handled my booking - I was unable to confirm the booking immediately but he was very patient and it paid off in the end.

My dealings with Sandy Collier have been excellent and she is an extremely helpful and pleasant person.
The fact that cruise companies have a thing about wheelchairs is not her fault, by law they are not allowed to discriminate so they limit the numbers allowed on board using "Elf and screw it up" as a reason for restricting the number of disabled people on board.
I cannot see that eight disabled people as part of over 800 passengers is a large problem. Whilst in the Royal Air Force I served nine years on search and rescue helicopters and if we took up the policies of the shipping companies we would restrict the number of people we winched up. One very disgusted potential cruiser.
My wife mary and I have just returned from a med cruise we booked with you. We just want to complement the excellent and fast service we received from Ann Smith and Phil Robinson on this occasion and also last years booking. We have no hesitation in booking with 118 again.

This week, realising that we unexpectedly could fit in a late cruise, we contacted Cruise118.
Cherie Howells returned our call almost immediately, noted our requirements and over the following two days gave us her almost undivided attention.

Dear Sirs, I have recently enquired about a cruise on the EPIC ship of NCL. I was lucky enough to have been looked after by Keeley Brittain who was to say the least very helpful. She has a friendly but not too familiar manner and was the only person to both e-mail a quote and send a follow up letter. The fact that I have decided to delay my holiday for a few months is no reflection on this young lady. I shall be looking again around November time perhaps for some winter sun and Keeley will be the very first one that I will contact.

I have recently booked a cruise with your company through Paul Kendal. Although price was a key contributing factor, and Paul was able to slightly undercut one of your competitors, a key part in my decision to book through yourselves was the attitude of Paul.
I originally rang Paul yesterday to get a quote and due to system issues he could only give me a ball park figure. I felt that his quote was reasonable and asked Paul to ring me back the following day at 6.00pm. At exactly 6 o clock Paul rang as promised and although his quote was higher than a competitor Paul was willing to reduce it to a more competitive quote which I immediately booked up at.
Having been around the world a few times, I know when someone knows what they are talking about and Paul certainly gave me the impression of being an experienced and knowledgeable professional which I found to be re-assuring. The booking was completed efficiently and accurately. I just thought you should know what a good representative you have.

I have MS. I am in an electric wheelchair during the day, I need a hoist to get me into bed at night and my husband gets seasick. So I thought my dream of a cruise was out of the question but with the help of Cruise 118 we went on a four-day cruise in May 2010, from Southampton to Cork, and had a fantastic time.
I want to say a big thank you to all the staff at Cruise 118 who helped with my booking and most of all to Aiyub who took my original phone call and did most of the hard work. With Aiyub's advice and help I booked a short cruise, in an adapted disabled cabin, with Royal Caribbean and I booked a hoist which was delivered to our cabin before we arrived.
The hospitality on board the ship was fantastic, the selection and quality of the food was fantastic, the room including the bathroom had everything I needed and the entertainment was first-class. I desperately wanted to go on a cruise but my husband hates holidays and thought he would be bored but we both had a fantastic time and a well-needed break.
I want to say a big thank you to everyone concerned and if we get the chance to go on holiday again I will definitely book another cruise with Cruise 118.

I would like to say what brilliant service I have received from Emma relating to my cruise booking Aug 13th next year. Emma gave me a lot of help last year but health issues with one of our group meant we could not proceed.

My first contact with Cruise 118 was on Monday of this week and my telephone call was handled by Richard Wishaw. He was professional, curteous and extremely clear to deal with.
His initial quote was not as cheap as I had received from a competitor and he asked for a short time to review the price. He called back within a few minutes and matched the quote I had and I then booked a Fred.Olsen cruise for 4 departing in October.
Richard confirmed all the agreed prices and details, arranged travel insurance for my mother and her friend, and sent out the details by e-mail immediately and advised that formal confirmation by post would be sent out within a few days. A contact letter and brochure was received the following day by post. Earlier today I telephoned Richard to discuss booking another cruise to the Red Sea in October 2011.
The initial quote was much more expensive than other companies but Richard was sure his information was incorrect. He made further inquiries with Fred Olsen and your Head Office then called me back with an excellent price and this resulted in me booking the cruise for my husband and me.
Richard also made sure he booked our preferred cabin and confirmed all the details by e-mail soon after. I will admit to being apprehensive in using a telephone contact rather than the travel company I have used in the past however I was very impressed by the way my enquiries have been dealt with. I am very pleased to have been able to book both transactions with Richard and I will not hesitate in suggesting friends contact him when seeking a good deal and a professional approach to their enquiry.

I telephoned yesterday to enquire about a cruise starting 22nd August 2010 and spoke to your representative, Tanya Hadley. I asked numerous questions which she answered with extreme politeness and patience.
As I was unable to make a definite booking she promised to telephone me back at 2.00 p.m. when I had had a chance to discuss this with my family.

Hi, I did try and leave feedback for Lisa but I don't think you received it. We booked our holiday with your company on Friday, and with Lisa Parkinson as our ad visor.
She made our experience very easy and did not hassle us to commit until we were ready, we had no dead lines which we have had in the past to make a decision straight away, but kept coming up with good advice and alternative suggestions. She answered any question, and sought the answers from other sources to make sure they were the correct answers.
She tried her best to beat another quote we had had, but after our telephone conversations and emails I would not have gone anywhere else but with her. She seems really nice, friendly, and exceptional in her job. Your company should be happy to have her working for you. Emma Taylor has been more than helpful withy my booking. Its a long story but we were supposed to be going with friends (cruising virgins)!!
They were quite taken aback with the costs although they still wanted a balcony and plenty of space!! I kept trying to explain that you don't get "late deals" on cruises but they wouldn't listen and she said if I found something then just go ahead and book. That is how I met Emma, she went the extra mile searching everywhere and eventually got me a good deal on the Thomson celebration to Egypt we paid a deposit and thought great!!
However my friend called last night and had realised that she wasn't going to be able to get a balcony and the ports of call she wanted and realised that she would have to compromise and thought the Thomson Dream looked good!! I could have screamed that was my first idea!! Emma and your company have been first class in the dealing of this matter and it is truly appreciated. Emma successfully transferred our deposit to the 1st June on the Thomson Dream, and because of the price you have given me it looks like my friend is going to book through you also.
I have mentioned to Emma that I will definitely be using your company in the future to book my cruises, I am on the lookout for a good deal on NCL next June and I will be booking early this time!!

In June 2009 we booked a cruise on Celebrity Equinox commencing on 29th March 2010 through yourselves. From the initial contact through the various contacts/queries/upgrades etc we had the service we were given was absolutely first class. Our cruise concierge was Emma Gray and what a pleasure it was to deal with her.
We live in the Channel Islands and have used local travel agents previously but none of them have every contacted us a few days before our holidays to confirm everything was okay and to see if we had any last minute queries whereas Emma did-what service.
Finally and more importantly Cruise118 were able to offer the cruise at a far cheaper price than any other agent. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I wanted to let you know the brilliant customer service I have received by a member of your staff her name is Imelda Aitken. I made an enquiry online on Sunday evening and she rang me within the hour. I was looking to book a cruise for July 2010 for 7 nights. She was extremely helpful and very polite. She also had very good knowledge of the cruise ship I wanted to travel on. She sent me a quote via email almost as soon as she had hung up the phone. I have not received customer service like that in a very long time and I just wanted to draw your attention to this member of staff. On this occasion I was unable to book a cruise and it was due to flying from Belfast airports and flights not being available or being very expensive. However I have asked Imelda if I can keep her email address and I will definitely be contacting her in the future. On Saturday the 6th of March I contacted Cruise118 in regards to booking a cruise for a group of 13ppl I was put through to your cruise specialist Andrea Beatty. I spoke to Andrea regarding a cruise that was listed on the Travel Supermarket website for the RCCL Independence in November. Although the cruise was not within the groups budget Andrea recommended the Voyager of The Seas to us and managed to get us a fantastic price.
I reserved this booking and then contacted our operators including Royal Caribbean who could not beat Andreas price! Andrea then gave me a call back and we confirmed the booking. Hi I would just like to offer you some feedback on the service I have recieved from Cherie Howell over the last couple of days. Unfortunatley we were unable to find a suitable cruise due to my leaving the booking too late as well as being very restricted on dates. However Cherie was absolutley fantastic and spent a long time looking at various options. The time, patience and overall customer care that she provided was first class. I have recently booked a cruise with Yachts of Seabourn with Maura McKenna and wanted to tell you what a wonderful service I have received from her. This is the first cruise for my husband and I and consequently I haven't been too sure of what we want, Maura has guided me through the process of chosing the correct cruise for us and has been really insightful and knowledgeable. She has also been very patient and understanding when I have wanted to make a number of changes to our itinerary, and even took the time to deal with an urgent enquiry whilst at home rather than leave it to a colleage to deal with. I would just like to say how impressed I am with Cruise 118, although since my first contact with your company I have only dealt with one person (Kamini). Therefore I have gained my impression of your company from just that one person and I would like to say that if the rest of your team are half as good as Kamini then you have a formidable team working for you.
I first contacted cruise 118 in error because I had Googled the phrase "Island cruises itinerary". Thinking I had contacted Island Cruises I left a message, I was soon contacted by Kamini who has since that time dealt with my request, she has always been very pleasant, polite, patient and most helpful but most importantly never pushy in any way. Firstly, we are new customers to your company, but seasoned cruisers............ We could not allow our recent experience of dealing with Sandra Collier fade away without writing to tell you about our experience.
From the initial enquiry right through to the final booking made late afternoon today, Sandie was with us to advise and explain everything down to a minute detail to us. We changed our mind a couple of times, but this did not seem to phase her; not once did we feel we were being a nuisance, although we knew we were dithering at the end of the telephone! She called us back even when we thought she had gone home. Sandra has excellent interpersonal skill, matched by a very smooth relaxed telephone voice....so important when not dealing with face to face transactions.
We would not hesitate to recommend her for any 'staff award' available through your incentive program - should one exist in your organisation? She is indeed a human asset! Just a short note to say that, as ever, we are experiencing that excellent level of service that seems to be the norm for Cruise118. We have recently returned from a great holiday in the Caribbean booked with Virgin Cruises… They are absolutely useless! I had to fight to get the tickets and paid a premium rate telephone call every time I tried to contact them to sort out the mess that they made of things.
We have learned our lesson and will not be booking cruises with anyone other than Cruise118 from now on! As you knew, we think Michelle is just brilliant. I have recently booked a cruise with Cruise118 and am very happy with the level of customer service I have received. My cruise concierge, Paul Kendal, has been polite, very helpful and has made the booking process very easy to use. I told Paul what my ideal cruise, dates, extra mini break add-ons, airport etc would be expecting him to be able to meet one or two of my preferred criteria and he found and arranged a holiday for me that met everything I asked for. Being my first time cruise I have since contacted him by telephone and email seeking advice and asking him various questions. On every occasion Paul has promptly replied and been able to answer my questions and offer excellent advice. I am extremely happy with the service and assistance he has provided and only wish more people delivered as excellent customer service as Paul.

After a couple of phone calls and numerous e-mails, it was obvious that she knew her subject and nothing was too much trouble to investigate – from car parking at the port of departure to hotels in the local areas, as well as valuable advice on room choice and facilities on the Ship.
As I work within a large military team and seek out excellence wherever possible, you should be proud of the professional way with which Emma has conducted herself and Six Star Cruises are extremely fortunate to benefit from her talents.
My wife and I have just completed the booking of a cruise to the Caribbean.
This is the first time that we have made such a trip and we were not too clear just how to go about things. As far as we were concerned the whole area of the cruising world was a mine field! We had some good advice from friends who pointed us in various directions and made comment regarding the different lines and how good some were compared to others. We are reasonable on the net but not expert and bit by bit we moved in the direction of Silver Sea Cruises.
However we could not locate an organisation who would take on the provision of a package deal. In fact many of those we tried were happy to quote for the cruise but they did not want to know beyond that and one was expected to make all other arrangements themselves!!Not easy. Somehow or another we came across Six Star Cruises and Emma Hayes took us under her wing. What a difference! She has been excellent and has worked very hard on our behalf and we are delighted with the outcome.
Nothing is too much trouble and she is very competent at getting things done and making it happen. So we are now looking forward to spending fourteen days on the Silver Cloud next March and we would like to record our appreciation of the effort made on our behalf by Emma and her support colleagues.
We have just come back from a cruise in the med on the Ventura departing 9th October, which was dealt with by Emma Hayes. We originally rang various cruise companies and although your price was slightly more expensive than some, it was only due to the immense help and excellent information provided by Emma that we booked with your company. This was our first cruise and she helped us to pick the right cabin on the right deck, and even the most mundane questions, which she may have thought unnecessary. she answered in a friendly and professional way and nothing was too much trouble for her. I trust you will not mind my request to Karina to obtain your email address as I understand that you are her manager and I feel it very appropriate to write to you regarding the sterling efforts that Karina has gone to in order to complete our cruise booking. At the start of this week, Karina kindly confirmed costs and details regarding a SilverSea cruise for February. As a previous client, she recognised that there are normally three persons on our bookings and went to a great deal of effort to find out the costs for a double and single occupancy suite.
Due to a change on our part, we decided that it would only be for two persons and Karina reserved the necessary suite for us with a provision to hold whilst we confirmed our flights with Emirates. Due to some very unusual circumstances, our bank kept declining our debit cards for the payment of the flights despite our efforts to ensure that all provisions were in place to pay. Cutting a long story short this meant that Karina was subjected to a great deal of extra work holding the suite for extra time than normally permitted.
With her calm and due diligence we were reassured that it was no problem and to continue trying to sort out the problem with our bank. (This turned out to be a daily spend limit flag on the cards). Once this was rectified and the flights confirmed and several calls from me to Karina in panic over the loss of the potential last category suite available for this cruise, we eventually turned to paying Cruise118 for the booking. Yes, you guessed it, then problems again for taking the card transaction through your systems. Thank goodness that Karina with her expertise, knew how to try different methods whether by usual transactions or using PDQ machine to try and get the payment. Eventually late yesterday, we agreed that it would be easier for us to make a straight bank transfer to Cruise118 which was made successfully. Through this entire three day episode, Karina has remained positive, bubbly, professional and above all very knowledgeable in being a true Travel Concierge.
To be honest, I am struggling to find the appropriate words to describe the whole scenario that Karina and I have experienced this week but what we received from Karina was absolutely outstanding customer service from her and Cruise118. As previous loyal clients of Bolsover Cruise Club, our first experience two years ago with yourselves and now this week, has proved that your approach to Cruise Travel is second to none.

I’d just like to put in a word of praise for Lynn Guest, who has been our contact for a recent cruise with Silversea. She has been really most helpful, even to the point of calling us after we arrived home. Lynn asked us how everything had gone, and gave us info on upcoming offers. It's really a very smart way to A) find out how customers had enjoyed a cruise, which made us feel very special, that she remembered and B) telling us about upcoming offers which are very tempting to accept in the "afterglow" of a nice cruise.
Now I realize that it's most likely your system, but still Lynn has an amazing knack of selling without selling, if you know what I mean! She has managed to build a very personal relationship very quickly and we will certainly use your services again.

When I recently contacted your company to enquire about holiday options over the Christmas period, I was greeted by a friendly and cheerful consultant by the name of kevin. From the very begining Kevin realised this was no easy task as he didn't only have to find myself and husband the perfect holiday, there was also my sister and her husband who were limited to a certain budget. Can I just say at this point he was not phased at all, he cleverly discovered our needs and expectations of our forthcoming holiday. The advise and little (but very helpfull) tips were really appreciated.
During the processing of the booking my mum was taken ill which held the processing up which must have been very frustrating for him, but he was extremeley patient and whenever we spoke he would make a point of enquiring after my mum. Eventually the booking was completed to the relief of both everyone concerned.
I have dealt with numerous travel consultants over the years but none of them compared to the billiant service I received from Kevin, I feel that I have made a new friend and will certainly be booking future holidays with him.

When he received the tickets, it seems as though my partner, Tracy Lyon and I have one of the few rooms in the hotel without a balcony! Tanyna was simply fantastic. She spoke to Royal Caribbean to see if any other arrangements could be made as she know much I wanted to go on the cruise. She kept me fully informed at all stages.

Just to let you know, Richard Wishaw has worked quite hard in getting our cruise booked. There were issues with Holland America and a future cruise deposit I had paid which had complicated matters but he seems to have worked his way thorugh them quite well. Communications have been good and I am well satisfied with the service I have received. As a result, I will be using your agency again.
In your brochure you state that you are obsessed with offering exceptional customer service and in my relationship with Emma I agree wholeheartedly with the statement! Emma was fantastic - easy to get on with, very professional and nothing was too much trouble for her.We were very specific as to what we wanted and as we left it late to book thought we would have to compromise but after a lot of time and effort Emma managed to get us just what we wanted! She sent links to weather forecasts, hotels and all the necessary forms. What was very apparent was the fact that Emma really enjoys her job and when we want to book another cruise I won't hesitate to contact her!

There was never any pressure for a sale and she willingly answered all of my questions, as if it was so natural to her. Unfortunately the planned trip now has to be changed, due to my husband not being able to get the dates we wanted off work, but I have assured Ann that when we get his new dates confirmed, I will be calling her back to re-book.

Hi Lynn. Just a quick thanks for organising our Holiday. We had a great time in Barcelona, the Hotel Condes de Barcelona was excellent! Friendly staff, great breakfast and Lee tried out the Pool on the roof. The Cruise was great too, no problems at all. Everything went like clockwork.
It made a big change with early flights out and also on the return as the last couple of times we ended up not arriving in Barcelona until 7.00pm and then hanging around waiting until teatime for a return flight. Once again it was very much appreciated!!!!

For Lynn, your 'nothing is too much trouble' tag, is true… she has done everything she possibly could to find a cruise to suite us. She has changed flights back and forth, searched different cruise lines, given us different options, and presented to us in a friendly, helpful and cheery manner. She obviously loves her job, and loves to help people.
We have been cruising for 22 years now, and I would say that so far, my experience with your company (Lynn) has been exemplary. She actually listened to what we wanted, she digested what we needed, she came up with the right options, and she then set about customizing the holiday to suit us….hence we have just booked with you. Also, she contacted me exactly when she said she would. I was honestly just browsing, looking around, wondering if we should, or should not take a cruise.
Now, I freely admit that I like to get a good deal from a cruise line if it's on offer having spent so many cruises... on full fare... sitting beside fellow passengers' who just LOVE to enlighten you on how much bigger their cabin is, and how much cheaper their ticket was. 'Gee honey, you mean you’re NOT here on the 2 for 1?') Lynn picked up on that right away, and found me an excellent offer.

We travel a lot and consequently have to deal with a lot of travel agents and organisers but you have been unique. Most agents/organisers tend to lose interest after the payment is received and don't answer e-mails at all. They are often impossible to contact over the phone either as, one will have to go through a series of numerical options and at the end the right person is not there anyway. But as I said you have been exceptionally brilliant. You answered all my queries promptly and efficiently and dealt with all the issues immediately. We couldn't have asked for more. I do not usually use on-line agencies but have to say that this experience has changed my mind. The price she gave me was exceptional and we were going to book a couple of hours later but unfortunately it would appear the price quoted was a system error and was no longer applicable later the same day. A lesson learned for me.

I returned from a 45 day cruise with Holland and America at the beginning of March and wish to bring to your attention the excellent service received from your representative Michelle Clarke. Michelle made the booking for myself, husband, mother and stepfather and provided all the information we required both prior to departure and whilst on board.
We are in fact still awaiting a response from the cruise line regarding misinformation about visas. I state this only by way of explanation for the delay in forwarding my praise of Michelle - I had been hoping for a reply to this difficulty before doing so.

I would like to commend Emma Taylor for the excellent service that she has provided to me in arranging an Alaska Cruisetour where Celebrity Cruises failed. I had been very disappointed that Celebrity had failed to provide the holiday for which I had been given confirmation on the internet and then, after I booked an alternative choice at a price confirmed on the internet, they proceeded to increase that price in my Confirmatory Invoice by around £400!
In spite of this, I still wished to travel on the Celebrity Millenium cruisetour on my chosen dates. Although Celebrity said that they were unable to provide a suitable alternative, at a sensible price, Emma was able to come up with a solution very quickly, with which I was more than satisfied.
Her action demonstrated her flexibility and her willingness to go the extra mile to meet the customer requirements. From being very depressed about the whole business, my wife and I now look forward to a very enjoyable holiday that we had been promising ourselves for some years

Our reservation is that we would be in Japan in February when it can be just as cold as Scotland!! Rather than have you put in more time could we ask you to make a diary note to contact us later this year with a similar itinerary, but arriving in Japan around early April? I realise that cruise lines timings might not suit as well as the one you have suggested but hope that there will be something suitable. To go a little further we won't be cruising immediately but could be looking for something in the autumn.

Last year we booked with Cruise118 and I must admit I was rather wary as it was not one of the big well known travel agents but we were so well looked after by Karina who went out of her way to help, especially regarding finding out everything about the golf package of which we had little knowledge.

I would not consider singing the praises of a person who does the job they are paid for - That is what they are paid to do - But in then case of Emma Hayes - I will sing her praises - she went far beyond what I would consider to be the standard service - in the lengths she went to in securing a cruise for my family and I.
Regretfully due to family holiday dates problems - after she had worked extremely hard to finalise the cruise I had specified - it all had to be changed. She took the change onboard without any problem - and after many calls and emails - working way beyond normal hours - she secured exactly what I wanted. At all times mainlining a very friendly and pleasant attitude - making me feel confident that I was in good hands

Her manner is so pleasant and her patience has been tremendous. If it wasn't for her treatment of me, making me feel good about asking questions (rather than like a lot of other places where you are made to feel stupid!), I am not sure if we would have actually signed up for this cruise. As you see, I cannot sing her praises enough. We are now booked on what looks to be a wonderful cruise recommended by Emma and can't wait to go.
If you do have an award system I would love to nominate Emma, she has been so thorough on everything she has done for me, she is even arranging for the confirmation and tickets to be sent to a different address so that I can keep this as a surprise. I just felt I had to comment on the excellent standard of service I have received from Andrew Walker in booking our cruise for December 2009. I feel he has gone the extra mile in helping me to book our cruise and to get us a numbered cabin rather than wait for a guarantee. Just as I would complain about bad service, I think it is equally important to reward good service and although your company was not the cheapest for this cruise, Andrew got us a better standard of cabin and deck for 20 each more!

I would like to take this opportunity to praise Ms Joanne Dermott on her excellent customer service that she has provided me with. At all times during my booking process, she was very patient, pleasant and kept checking I was ok with all the details. Joanne made several phone calls on my behalf as I have a disability which may affect my travelling on a plane but she dealt with this very discreetly and with a understanding nature.
