    don’t think i’ll be using cruise 118 again. Iv’e sent two emails to one of the cruise concierges regarding
    queries on my booking and still have had no response. Tried phoning their office this evening at 20.22,
    the website states open 7 days a week 9am -10pm only for a recorded message to tell me that they were now closed. Will someone PLEASE respond to me.

    Trying to book with Cruise118 I felt the sales person was pressurising me to pay gratuities upfront. Each time I said no, she gave another reason why I should pay. In the end I realised there must have been commission involved for her. I decided to book elsewhere. Way to go Cruise 118, will NOT be recommending you to my cruising friends.
