Celebrity Solstice Cruises

Celebrity Solstice Cruises

Celebrity Cruises’ Solstice Class ships are arguably the most innovative class of ships currently afloat, and have really raised the bar in the cruise industry. And, what’s more, all five ships are sailing in Europe including Celebrity Eclipse which is based in Southampton…

Celebrity Eclipse Cutaway

Celebrity Cruises Solstice Class family of ships take the level of sophistication, luxury and innovation to a whole new level. Created by the  world’s top designers and inspired by guests’ ideas of the perfect cruise ship, they boast an innovative design and host of ground-breaking new on board features.

Celebrity Cruise FeaturesExperience the apex of style – hailed as a “new benchmark in cruise ship design” by the International Interior Design Association, design and innovation combine as never before.

Prepare to be delighted the features you will uncover. There’s The Lawn Club – half an acre of real grass to sink your toes into, The Hot Glass Show (an entertaining live glassblowing studio), 10 distinctive dining venues to tempt you, and AquaClass® – an entirely new class of stateroom situated right next to the spa. And that’s just a taste of what’s in store for you.

Celebrity Solstice, Celebrity Equinox, Celebrity Eclipse, Celebrity Silhouette and Celebrity Reflection are all waiting to carry you in style to the world’s best destinations. All five of these fantastic ships are sailing in Europe, together offering a fantastic choice of itineraries around the Mediterranean and Northern Europe. Additionally, Celebrity Eclipse is the first ever Celebrity ship to be based in the UK, offering a fantastic range of no-fly cruises to the Mediterranean and Northern Europe from Southampton.

Solstice Class highlights

Celebrity Silhouette: The fourth ship in the Celebrity Solstice class joined the fleet in July 2011, filled with the amazing features and amenities that have made the Solstice Class so popular. But Celebrity have added even more. There’s the Lawn Club Grill, the first interactive barbecue restaurant afloat, where chefs share their cooking secrets.

Next is The Alcoves, where private cabana-style retreats overlook the lawns and passing oceans. Michael’s Club now showcases over 50 international beers in addition to rare malt whisky and cognac, while Hamptons-styled The Porch with its light contemporary décor is perfect for a casual breakfast or lunch. Then there’s The Hideaway, where you can relax in intimate lounging ‘nests’, and an Art Studio offering hands-on instruction from resident experts in drawing, painting, the culinary arts, and more.

Celebrity Reflection: In 2012, a final ship carrying all the same exciting innovations found on Celebrity Silhouette completed the Solstice Class. But again, Celebrity have taken it a step further with the addition of yet another deck. This feature has allowed the introduction of a brand new category of the spa-inspired AquaClass® – 34 luxurious suites, each boasting 251 sq. ft. of internal space complemented by stunning 57 sq. ft. balconies. Other enhancements include more seating in the dining rooms and more theatre seats.

Venice cruise

The Med offers a treasure trove of discoveries. Let Celebrity lead the way on these adventures with Barcelona’s inspiring architecture, Naples fine art collection and the ancient Greek history of Athens all on offer. Or perhaps the Holy Land is more to your taste? Haifa and Ashdod is the gateway to Israel’s holy sites and Alexandria is where you can discover ancient Egypt.

Fjords Cruises

All the ships in the Solstice Class are perfect for exploring the Fjords. Stopping at ports such as Bergen, Flam and Oslo, it’s the ideal way to come up close to Northern Europe.
