Cunard announces triple wave of new premium partnerships

Ascot racecourse ready for its partnership with Cunard cruises

Cunard’s focus on traditional luxury cruising extends beyond the cruise line’s on-board offering. Through hand-picked partnerships with world-renowned luxury brands, it seeks to provide experiences unrivalled by many other luxury cruise lines.

Now, Cunard is going one step further by launching a set of brand new premium partnerships.

What can you expect from Cunard’s partnerships?

Cunard has announced that it will work with three incredible brands during the highlights of their 2017 calendar.

With a rich history and lavish atmosphere, Ascot is the perfect setting for Cunard. In fact, the cruise line will sponsor the Cunard Handicap Stakes on Saturday 9th September 2017, an event that will be televised as part of ITV racing.

But this isn’t the only exciting part of the Cunard-Ascot partnership. During each day of Royal Ascot, guests who download the new Ascot app will be entered into a competition to win Cunard cruises! The cruise line is offering a daily prize of a Transatlantic Crossing for two on-board the stunning Queen Mary 2.

In addition, Cunard World Club members will receive exclusive dining offers at the Royal Meeting.

Laurent-Perrier

Remember the £90 million redesign of the Queen Mary 2 last summer? Now, Cunard has revealed another indulgent enhancement: the Laurent-Perrier Champagne Lounge.

As of May 2017, guests on-board this most luxurious of Cunard cruise ships can treat themselves to the full collection of Laurent-Perrier’s 5-star champagnes. Paired with complimentary canapes and a series of tasting flights, it will be an unforgettable experience for champagne aficionados and fledgling tasters alike.

RHS Chatsworth Flower Show

Alongside these two brand new partnerships, Cunard continues to build on its six year relationship with the Royal Horticultural Society.

Cunard will appear at the highly-anticipated RHS Chatsworth Flower Show on 7th – 11th June 2017. The cruise line will co-launch The Piano Stage: a live entertainment venue boasting river views of the beautiful Chatsworth House estate. With the stunning Great Conservatory as a backdrop, the stage will offer guests a peaceful place to relax and enjoy fantastic live entertainment.

The Chatsworth Flower Show isn’t the only RHS event that Cunard is taking part in. Horticultural enthusiasts will be pleased to know that Cunard will continue to awe guests with the Palace Garden Tea Room at the Hampton Court Palace Flower Show.

Cunard is committed to offering first class experiences you will remember forever, an ethos reflected in these extra special summer partnerships.

Angus Struthers, Vice President of Cunard, commented:

“We are delighted to announce a trio of new 2017 summer partnerships with Ascot, Laurent-Perrier and RHS Chatsworth Flower Show. Bringing such rich history and embodying a unique sense of occasion, each one marries perfectly with Cunard’s values and luxury service.

“From fine-dining to first class entertainment and five-star bubbles, we hope guests enjoy truly unforgettable experiences with us throughout the season.”
