Are all restaurants included on a full board cruise?

Not all restaurants are included in a full-board cruise, because, as there are some lovely speciality restaurants on-board, a lot of people will of course want to dine within them. Because they offer exceptionally high quality cuisine, some of them do have a surcharge which will be made payable to you as a customer if you wish to dine.
