I get seasick. Do I need to get a cabin lower down in the ship or are the top cabins stable enough on big ships?

P&O Cruises

Though you’re likely to feel less sway and roll on a very large cruise ship than you would on a smaller vessel, if you do get seasick, it’s always important that you choose a cabin on a lower level and closer to midships, where the movement is more minimal.
