Is it worth taking a suit just to go to Captain’s night on Thomson Dream?

P&O Cruises

It’s up to you, but we think it’s worth taking a suit as you don’t want to miss out on the enjoyable atmosphere of a formal night for the Captain’s Cocktail Party. The dress code on-board is usually smart casual, but for one night there is a formal Captain’s Cocktail Party where a dinner jacket or tuxedo is recommended but a suit and tie is perfectly fine. If you would rather keep it casual you can enjoy the self-service restaurant instead which doesn’t have a dress code for these evenings.
