Do Royal Caribbean ships all offer sickness jabs?

Yes, Royal Caribbean has medical facilities on-board each of their ships. If guests become sick during their cruise, sickness jabs can be administered by trained staff, who are available around the clock. Royal Caribbean has a medical centre on-board each vessel with state-of-the-art equipment which assists not only sickness but other medical problems as well.
