Hi we have a cruise booked on the 30th of august 2020 reference number WOR-80032 we both have underlying health conditions and are due to pay the balance of our holiday by the 24th of may our problem is we have a 12 month travel insurance which runs out on the 31st of may what will happen if we can’t get insurance after paying the balance of the holiday or should we just not pay the balance or can you offer any advice. the cruise line reference is 43812865.
This is my third attempts to contact regard to my cruise holiday Alaska inside passage with Princess cruise, due to depart to Vancouver on 11th May 2020. As we informed that no cruise ship can be board at Canada so we are looking for option to postpone our trip to next year. But have no reply from your company despite I’ve have made contacts. Please advise.
We also have another cruise P&O trip with you due to disembark in November 2020 which we would like to postpone and change to Norwegian Fjords withSame company Iona .
