Are there any cruise lines/ships that don’t charge single supplements?

Cruise passenger rights

Yes, if you want to travel as a solo passenger without paying a single supplement you do have options. All Fred. Olsen ships have single cabins where you won’t have to pay any supplement. The same also applies to the P&O Azura, and NCL’s Norwegian Epic, which has studio cabins targeted at single travellers.
