A testimonial we just had to share

Tokyo lit up at night

We recently received an email from a customer that highlighted some fantastic examples of the service standards we’re so proud of. We were so happy with it, that we just wanted to share it with you:

“Dear James Cole

We have recently returned from an eventful trip to Japan and wanted to contact you personally to pass on our feedback.

The holiday was arranged through Joe Morrison and consisted of a Princess Cruise, independent land tour, flights and accommodation in Tokyo.

Our holiday itinerary was completely disrupted due to two typhoons and this could have ruined our trip but it did not. We had an amazing time and the reason why is due to the outstanding level of customer service that we received from team members at Cruise118.

We were aware of the first typhoon before we left home and therefore the initial changes were made, however on arrival in Tokyo additional changes were required due to the deteriorating weather conditions which continued throughout our trip.

This could have caused stress and spoiled our holiday but we were delighted with the level of support that we received from different team members; Sue Barker, Holly Simmonds and Chantelle McDonagh (with apologies if we’ve missed anyone out).

This was in sharp contrast to the customer care some of our fellow passengers were receiving and we sang our praises for Cruise118 to anyone who was willing to listen!

We have been travelling with you for a few years now and enjoy a consistently high level of service from Joe and the team that we haven’t had from other agencies.

Customer Care, like insurance cover, is taken for granted but it’s only when there is a problem do you appreciate how good your travel company is.

In a world where everyone is quick to complain, it becomes even more important to comment on positive experiences and we would be grateful if you are able to convey our thanks to everyone who was involved.”

If you think we could help you, remember we’re only a phone call or an email away.
