If you need medical supplies then it would be advised to bring them with you for the journey. Royal Princess makes every effort to accommodate for wheelchair users, with all staterooms being wheelchair friendly. The hallways are wide and there are lifts all around the decks. If you have a hearing impairment then you will be provided with a TTY kit and the theatres have assisted listening devices.
