The main dining room is The Restaurant, a stylish, open-seating venue where the menu showcases dishes specially created by celebrity chef, Charlie Palmer. Restaurant 2 offers an innovative and imaginative new alternative dining experience, serving up nightly tasting menus. Exclusive to this class of ship, Seabourn Sojourn features The Colonnade restaurant where chefs personally prepare your dishes to order in an open-style kitchen. For more casual dining head for the Patio Grill on deck or you can always enjoy course-by-course dining in your suite. After dinner, The Grand Salon entices you with an ever-changing line-up of entertainment from comedians to dazzling Broadway Revues. Court Lady Luck in the casino or stop at one of six bars and lounges including The Club and Observation Bar and enjoy world-class wine, champagne and top shelf spirits compliments of Seabourn.

The two-deck onboard Spa at Seabourn is in a class of its own and one of the largest afloat and features the touches and therapies of ten exotic cultures to help you renew and rejuvenate your body. A complete health centre, features include two spa villas, an indoor Thalassotherapy pool, treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, a Spa Terrace, fitness studio with Kinesis Wall and a state-of-the-art gym, which offers daily classes and the option of having your own personal trainer. There are two outdoor swimming pools if you fancy a swim and six outdoor whirlpools, including one at the bow of the ship. Seabourn Sojourn also features the lines trademark built-in marina at the stern enabling you to go swimming, snorkelling, windsurfing, kayaking or waterskiing without the need to go ashore.

Of the all-Suite accommodations, nearly 90% have private verandas and each is designed for your exquisite comfort with touches such as fine Egyptian cotton linens and down pillows to a complimentary in-suite bar filled with your favourite beverages.

Sojourn took to the sea in June 2010. Weighing 32,000 tonnes, she carries 450 passengers and travels along at 21 knots/24 mph. One of Sea bourn’s larger ships, the Sojourn is 650 feet (198m) long.

Not to be missed…Try out the thalassotherapy pool. From the Greek word thalassa, meaning "Sea", the pool uses seawater as a form of therapy. Restoring and remineralizing the body, you'll come out feel rejuvenated.

In "he Restaurant" you can choose from the highly appealing menu, which has been overseen by celebrity chef, Charlie Palmer.

"Restaurant 2", is a rather intimate venue. Here, skilled chefs prepare tasting portions of their culinary masterpieces for you to savour.

In addition, there’s "The Colonnade". With both indoor and outdoor seating, the menu here features appetizers, soup/salad, main course, and dessert choices.

If you’re in the mood for casual dining at its finest, then head over to "The Patio Grill". The "Patio Grill" is where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner, as you simply relax by the pool.

Don’t fancy venturing out of your suite? Then simply have course-by-course dining in your suite.

The six bars and lounges - including 'The Club' and 'The Observation Bar' - are where you can enjoy world-class wine, champagne and top shelf spirits - all compliments of Seabourn, of course.

Leisure

Have a leisurely swim or cool off in the outdoor swimming pool. Or, relax while soaking up the rays in one of the three outdoor whirlpools. Like all of Seabourn ships, the Seabourn Spirit features it’s very own built-in marina. So you can go swimming, snorkelling, wind surfing, water skiing and kayaking – right from the ship! If you’re a water sports fanatic, you’re in for a real treat.

The state-of-the-art gymnasium on-board is ideal for both gentle and strenuous workouts. Equipment here includes Upright Cardio Cycles and Programmable Treadmills. If you wish, you can have a personal trainer work with you. There are free classes in yoga and Pilates available too - interested? Simply enquire when you’re on-board.

You can even test your golfing abilities by taking part in a golf putting competition. Or, challenge other guests to a game of bridge. If dancing’s more up your street, why not learn to Tango?

If you want to brush up your cooking skills, then the ship’s skilled chefs even give cooking lessons.

Need to check in with family and friends? Then you can use the ship-wide Wi-Fi and cell phone service.

For a relatively small cruise ship, the activities on-board really are in abundance on the Seabourn Spirit.

Entertainment

Entertainment is first class aboard the Seabourn Sojourn. In some ports, the Seabourn Sojourn will even host a lavish beach party on a secluded stretch of sand - it’s just like having your own private beach! And, you’ll be treated to fresh grilled seafood and caviar too.

Come evening time, head to "The Observation Lounge". Popular with guests, here you can enjoy panoramic views and your favourite drink accompanied by the strumming of a live classical guitar.

"The Grand Salon" is the place to go to watch Broadway-style shows, comedians and cabaret acts. It can also be transformed into a cinema.

"The Club" - located just beneath "The Grand Salon" - is where a duo plays all the hits of the past and present - it’s the perfect excuse to get up and dance.

Fancy catching a movie? Well, on this ship you can actually watch them out on the deck, courtesy of Seabourn’s "Movies under the Stars".

Fresh popcorn is available for you to snack on too.

Relaxation

A panoramic sliding glass wall leads the way to the Seabourn’s Sojourn’s outdoor relaxation area… "The Spa at Seabourn". Covering two decks, at "The Spa at Seabourn" you can effortlessly relax as you have a variety of treatments in one of the seven treatment rooms. Treatments include Detox & Body Therapies, Seabourn 24 Karat Gold Facial and the Elemis Aroma Stone Therapy. Reflexology and Aromatherapy is available here too.

If you’re after a touch of traditional therapy, Finnish saunas and aromatic steam rooms can be found here. There’s a thalassotherapy pool too – have a soak in it and experience its healing powers…
