On board Silver Cloud, there is a wide selection of dining, entertainment and recreational options. She has an open-seating dining policy meaning you can dine when, where and with whom you like at any one of three superb restaurants including The Restaurant main dining room, the intimate Relais & Châteaux wine restaurant Saletta, or the a la carte La Terrazza Italian restaurant. There is also a Pool Grillé plus 24-hour in-suite dining. After dinner The Show Lounge plays host to production shows and classical concerts whilst The Bar and Panorama Lounge offer dancing to a range of live music. There is also a plush casino and midnight movies on deck on select evenings. For recreation there is an outdoor pool with whirlpools, a fitness centre and a Spa specialising in Balinese treatments plus a steam bath and sauna.

From a Vista to an Owner’s Suite, each accommodation is exquisitely appointed and offers an ocean view with 80% of all Suites complemented by a furnished, private teak balcony.

Silver Cloud’s maiden voyage was in 1994. Weighing 16,800 tonnes and measuring 514 feet in length (157m), she carries 296 passengers along at 20.5 knots/23.5mph.

Dining

Thanks to Silversea’s open-seating dining policy, you can dine when, where and with whom you like at any one of the three fine restaurants. In "The Restaurant", international cuisine is created by skilled chefs. The menus feature a series of signature dishes - created exclusively for Silversea by Relais & Châteaux.

With just 24 seats, in the intimate "Le Champagne" restaurant fine wines are complemented by a set tasting menu of regionally inspired dishes. Highly recommended, it’s quite the culinary experience. And you’ll get to celebrate the world’s most renowned wine regions too. Reservations are required here - and there’s a cost to dine too, $30 per person

Another fine restaurant is La Terrazza, which boasts a divine selection of Italy’s best cuisine - served à la carte. Reservations are required here.

Furthermore, there’s the outdoor "Pool Grill". A casual eatery, the "Pool Grill" serves up those traditional favourites such as burgers, mini steaks and fresh-from-the oven pizza.

If you simply want to relax in your suite - then don’t forget there’s complimentary in-suite dining available too.

Leisure

There are a considerable number of leisure activities on-board - some for the body…the other simply for fun. They include culinary demonstrations, power walks, table tennis, water volleyball, wine tastings, golf putting, swimming in the outdoor pool, chilling in one of the 2 whirlpools.

For an invigorating work out, head to the gymnasium. Located at the top of the ship, it provides the most amazing sea views. Aerobics, yoga, Pilates and circuit training are also available. If you like shopping, you’ll love the on-board boutiques. Featuring a selection of jewellery, fashion, perfumes and Silversea logo items, you’ll be spoilt for choice. Note boutiques are closed while in port due to local government regulations.

With an extensive selection of books, the Library on-board is the perfect excuse to curl up with a good book. And many a lazy day can be had simply soaking up the sun on Silver Cloud’s spacious sun deck.

Entertainment

The deluxe Show Lounge plays a host of production shows and classical concerts whilst "The Bar" and "Panorama Lounge" is where you can go to dance to a range of live music.

There is also a swanky casino. And, you can even catch a midnight movie on deck on select evenings. Or, test your luck in the on-board "Casino"… Here you’ll find roulette, blackjack and slot machines.

Relax

"The Spa at Silversea" ensures you’ll be pampered the hands of professional therapists Spa treatments include microdermabrasion, anti-aging Facials, body wraps and many more.

You’ll also find sauna and steam rooms here too - they’ll work wonders on soothing every muscle in your body.

Beauty salon and hair styling services are available too, including manicures and pedicures.

After finding a good book to read on your cruise? Then the Library has a superb selection.

Family

Silver Cloud cannot accommodate infants under the age of 6 months. Children above this age are more than welcome on-board. But, please bear in mind, there are currently no children programmes or facilities available.

Medical & Accessibility

The on-board Medical Centre is staffed by a doctor and nurse. Make sure you have full travel insurance, as this will cover any costs should you need to use it.

If you’re on medication, make sure you pack an adequate supply. Disabled guests must be accompanied by a non-disabled adult who will be able to assist them during the cruise.

Disabled guests must also provide their own collapsible wheelchair. Also bear in mind that some ports are anchorage ports – so this may prevent wheelchair guests from going ashore.
