MSC Cruises is known for voyages packed with fun and fascination. Now, the cruise lines newest ship, MSC Meraviglia, is taking this one step further, offering cruises that are sure to inspire all who step on-board.

Meraviglia’s name translates as ‘wonder’ in English – a fitting moniker when you consider the ships size and scale. The largest ship built by any cruise line based in Europe, she clocks in at 1,033ft: catering to 4,500 guests with 2,250 staterooms and countless facilities.

So, what can you find on-board?

Galleria Meraviglia

Galleria Meraviglia forms the central promenade of this Vista Class cruise ship. It is a 96m haven of boutique shops, enticing restaurants and tranquil relaxation spots; perfect for socialising and indulging your discerning tastes. But that isn’t all. When night falls, Galleria Meraviglia comes alive with music, parties and spectacular entertainment.

Cirque du Soleil

Speaking of entertainment, Meraviglia hosts one particular show that will astound and delight everyone on-board. In a first for MSC Cruises (and indeed, the cruising world in general), Meraviglia has an exclusive partnership with Cirque du Soleil.

Twice a night, six nights a week, Cirque du Soleil’s performers will put on a breath-taking show of beauty and acrobatics in the custom-built Carousel Lounge. You can even savour a delectable culinary experience while you watch.

Speciality restaurants

The Meraviglia cruise ship offers a delectable collection of restaurants: 12 dining venues, to be exact!

Even the fussiest eaters will retire to bed with full bellies after sampling the Mediterranean specialities and international favourites served at the Marketplace Buffet. Open 20 hours a day, it is the perfect spot for a relaxed breakfast or midnight snack. Then, of course, there are MSC Meraviglia’s speciality restaurants.

Eataly – Ristorante italiano offers guests the chance to explore, taste and buy the very finest Italian-inspired Mediterranean cuisine. Butcher’s Cut is an American-style steakhouse serving prime cuts from around the world, all paired with fine wines and delicious cocktails. Or perhaps you are in the mood for something a little more exotic? The Kaito Teppanyaki Restaurant & Sushi Bar is a charming venue that serves truly authentic Asian cuisine. Only the freshest, finest quality ingredients are the order of the day, and are complemented beautifully by the restaurants traditional-meets-modern décor.

  • Mini and Juniors clubs: Thanks to a partnership with LEGO®, kids aged from three to 11 years old can while away an entire day in brick heaven. Every cruise also includes the LEGO® Experience On Board: an entire day dedicated to fun LEGO® activities for the whole family.
  • Teens clubs: With a club for 12 – 14 year olds, another for 15 – 17 year olds and an extra-special teens-only area, there is always something to keep older children entertained. The teens-only area serves as a cinema, gaming room and disco, depending on the time of day.
