Liberty of the Seas Reviews

Luke Sloan

star rating

I went on the Liberty of the Seas, was a fantastic ship with amazing entertainment. Loved having ago on the rock climbing wall and enjoyed the food which was varied and aimed to every ones tastes and needs. Accomodation was amazing and the beds were like sleeping in heavens clouds.

Me and my fiancé had a fantastic time onboard Royal Caribbean’s Liberty of the Seas. The ship is a perfect size and the great array and large choice of facilities & things to do onboard. One of the best things was the main dining room – it was really good to have the My Time Dining so we could choose when we wanted to eat. Really enjoyed our first cruise with RCI – can’t wait to go again!

After our family holiday on board Liberty I felt it appropriate to share our fantastic experience on board. We went for a Royal Caribbean cruise on the advice of our friends. We were more than impressed and our expectations were massively exceeded. The DreamWorks experience was the highlight of the holiday. Our kids loved it and we have some fantastic family holiday photos of all of us with Shrek. The films in the cabin kept our children occupied in the evenings too, they now know them word for word! The staff (and the characters) were fantastic with the children, the kids loved them! There was no end of activities for them to do on board, (apart from searching for the Kung Fu Panda.) We spent a lot of time up at the H20 zone. My husband thought he’d show off on the Flow Rider, (brilliant video footage of that one!) There was plenty of shopping on board for me too so everybody was thoroughly entertained from morning to night. A fantastic value for money holiday!

Just wanted to share my experience on board Liberty of the Seas with Royal Caribbean. I went with 3 friends and had an absolutely fantastic time! From FlowRider competitions to rock climbing races there was no shortage of things to do! We all had a great time together and was able to really let our hair down, which is why we went in the first place. We had connecting cabins which made it even better. Far better value than any land package holidays we looked at. And the food was great and they weren’t shy with the spirits in the bars either! All in all, a fantastic holiday and can recommend to anyone!

I couldn’t fault Royal Caribbean on this cruise. The shows were really impressive ranging from the West End Style shows or if you wanted something a little quieter they have a piano bar and so much more!

The food was Endless and so good, we ate mainly in the Windjammer but did try the Chops Grille Specialist Restaurant which was Brilliant!

A+ Royal Caribbean!

This ship is perfect for families… my children were amazed by all the amazing activities that they had to choose from they loved the H2O area which is a brilliant water park onboard! The dreamworks characters are also on this ship which my youngest absolutely adored seeing Shrek and Princess Fiona etc!

Whilst the children were happy playing this meant we could really relax during the day and come together as a family on an evening enjoying delicious food in the Windjammer Restaurant –the choices were out of this world.

We also enjoyed Johnny Rockets a 50’s burger joint with milkshakes and all that you would expect from a U.S dinner! Lovely lively atmosphere.

Our Cabin was spacious and spotlessly…..the staff cannot do enough for you

I will definitely take my family on another Royal Caribbean cruise and most definitely back on the Liberty again.

We spent a few nights in the Caribbean on this ship. The food was lovely (and there was plenty of it), the entertainment was excellent and our cabin was perfect. Next time we’re aiming for a balcony instead of an outside, and also looking for a much longer cruise! We love Royal Caribbean and can’t fault anything about them.

Just standing next to this ship I could not believe the sheer size of it. I have never seen a ship as large as this one. It looked great and we could not wait to get on. Being an active person I was looking forward to all this ship had to offer. I had read about rock climbing, sports courts, so was keen to try them all. They also had a surf simulator that was great, it did take a few attempts to get my balance and not fall off but was great fun as well.

The choice of things to do on this ship was just incredible. There was never a dull moment or a time where we were not doing things, whether it be dining in the different options they had available, watching shows, joining in games at the pool and in the lounges, one which was really good where they put you in teams and you had to collect objects from people in your team and wear them.

Food on here was great, if we chose not to go to the main restaurant we could go to the buffet restaurant, and while on here we had a birthday so we booked into the a la carte restaurant and paid a small cover charge and the food again was fantastic. It was a good job we did lots of active activities as I can see how easy it would be to put on weight with the choice and amount of food available.

The staff again were great and we got on very well with the steward from the cabin. We had a surprise every night with our towels in the shapes of different animals and also chocolates placed on the pillow at night. Our waiter in the main restaurant always made us laugh and told us lots of stories so it was a pleasure when we went for dinner. The nice thing on here was that the staff always greeted you with a smile and you could see they loved the job they were doing.

It was a great holiday and we had lots of fun, saw some great places and best of all was there was not a bad thing we could say about our trip. Royal Caribbean have got it right and the size of the ship did not bother us at all, we were just so pleased with the choices of things to do while on board. A great experience
