If you love the taste of truffle, try the caprese salad – a beautiful globe of truffle burrata served over rocket, heirloom tomatoes, pesto, balsamic glaze and fresh basil oil. The classic lasagna is also a must-try, oven-baked and layered with tasty Bolognese sauce, cottage cheese and mozzarella. And if you’re craving a pizza, the 12-inch pizzas here do not disappoint. Stick with a traditional margherita or primavera, or mix things up with the Truffle & Eggs, topped with bacon, eggs, pecorino and white truffle oil.
