In Norway, the days are long and the summer is surprisingly warm and temperatures can reach up to 25c. My Baltic cruise goes to St Petersburg. Can I travel freely when there or am I restricted?
After arriving at St Petersburg by cruise ship, you’re not free to travel freely and must stay with your land excursion tour.
