Introducing the Concierge Desk

Fantastic service on-board

One of the principles that we’re proud of is our exceptional service. It’s something we’re recognised for, with numerous award wins, but more importantly we constantly seek feedback on ways we can always improve. Exceptional service doesn’t stand still, but adapts to customers to make sure we provide the service you expect, not the service we think you expect.

That’s why we’re excited to announce a change to the way our service works, and introduce the Concierge Desk. Now, you’ll be able to speak directly to the experts on our Concierge Desk who can resolve your questions and enquiries regarding your booking quickly and efficiently.

If you wish to make a booking, you can call the Concierge Desk and they’ll happily put you through to one of our Cruise Concierge, who will continue to deliver the outstanding tailored service that you are used to in creating your dream cruise holiday package. You can also request to speak to a specific Cruise Concierge if you like.
