The difference between booking a fly-cruise package holiday with Royal Caribbean compared to a cruise only holiday is that you can experience more than just the cruise itself. Even though your cruise itinerary is full of amazing destinations why not extend your time away and design yourself the holiday of a lifetime.
Pre-cruise: Fly to your destination a few days early and relax in stunning, luxurious hotels before preparing to board your cruise ship. In the meantime, why not book an excursion or do some sight-seeing? The choice is yours.
During the cruise: Our cruise concierge can recommend some amazing shore excursions and activities that you can pre-book so you can make the most of each destination you visit whilst on the cruise.
Post-cruise: This is ideal if your cruise itinerary ends at a different port and destination from where you originally departed. Pre-book your post cruise hotel and finish your holiday the way you began. Relax and take in the sights for a few days before you return home.
Transfers: Don’t worry about how you will get to the hotel, the cruise ship, or airports. We’ve got this covered. Our cruise118 concierge will take care of everything for you.
What currency is used onboard a Royal Caribbean ship?
The currency that is used on all Royal Caribbean ships is U.S. dollars, no matter where they are in the world. Like a lot of other cruise lines, Royal Caribbean use a “cashless system” with any onboard purchases you make posting automatically to your onboard account.
How do I purchase a Royal Caribbean beverage package?
You can purchase drinks packages onboard the ship or pre-reserve by booking online before you set sail. The beverage packages are honoured at any of the ship’s bars or lounges, Windjammer Café, Main Dining Room, and our private destinations during normal business hours. Room service and minibar are not included.
What are the dining options on a Royal Caribbean cruise?
My Time Dining is Royal Caribbean's flexible dining option, this enables passengers to dine in the main dining room at any time during opening hours on a first-come, first-served basis.
The alternative to My Time Dining is traditional set dining, either early or late, where you can dine at the same table and waiters every night. You should sign up for traditional dining as soon as you've booked your cruises if that's how you prefer to dine, especially if you want early dining which can get fully booked early on.
